Pam is the Medical Billing and Compliance Director of Physician Business Services.

Pam has over 20 years experience in medical billing, coding and compliance. She is a Certified Professional Coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders. In 1998, she joined Women’s Care Florida (formerly Tampa Bay Women’s Care) and previously served as the Director of Billing Operations for seven years. Women’s Care Florida is now a client of PBS and is the third largest OB/GYN physician group in the United States.

Pam’s expertise is in coding, documentation guidelines, chart reviews, billing policies and procedures, compliance and education. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Professional Association of Healthcare Coding Specialists (PAHCS).
