Karen is the Director of Human Resources of Physician Business Services (PBS), a Managed Service Organization providing a full range of solutions to new and established physician practices.

She is originally from Charlotte North Carolina; she has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management in Healthcare and Financial Business Operations. She joined Women’s Care Florida (formerly Tampa Bay Women’s Care) in 1997 as their Human Resources Director. Women’s Care Florida is now a client of PBS and is the third largest OB/GYN physician group in the United States.

Karen’s expertise is in all areas of human resources operational and strategic management. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and she serves on the United Healthcare Tampa Customer Advisory Council.
