Chief Information Officer

Cliff is the Chief Information Officer of Physician Business Services.

A Microsoft Certified Engineer, Cliff is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and has more than 20 years of business experience in the Information Technology (IT) areas of consulting, networking, and systems integrations. These have included a wide variety of industries including healthcare, banking, as well as local and state government agencies. In 2001, he joined Women’s Care Florida (formerly Tampa Bay Women’s Care) as their MIS Director and has since transitioned into the CIO role. Women’s Care Florida is now a client of PBS and is the third largest OB/GYN physician group in the United States.

Cliff’s expertise is in all areas of Information Technology including hosting solutions, virtualization, and strategic business continuity solutions.
